23-Month Old Reiley Lake Needs Your Help
Help Raise Money for Little Girl's Treatment
The Fans Across America Charitable Foundation is requesting your assistance for 23-month old Reiley Lake. She has an undiagnosed syndrome and is currently 100% g-tube fed. She is being sent out of state to see a specialist and then to attend feeding therapy.
To help pay for her medical care, her parents, John and Susan, are hosting a golf tournament at Raven Golf Club on June 14, 2008.The family is in need of golfers and sponsors to participate in the tournament.
