How to Assist-A-Family
with a Seriously Ill Child
The Fans Across America® Charitable Foundation is dependent upon the assistance of individuals like you to help us fulfill our mission to support families with seriously ill and special needs children. Through your generosity and support, we are able to make a positive impact on theses families during the most difficult times of their lives. And as a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization, your contributions are 100% tax-deductible.
There are a variety of ways in which you can support families in our Assist-A-Family Registry to help us provide some of life's living necessities. Please review the opportunities to help below. Assist-A-Family Registry
Everyday, people register to receive gifts for their wedding or a new baby. But what can a family with a seriously ill or special needs child do when they are in need of life assistance as a result of the child's illness? The Fans Across America Assist-A-Family Registry features families and their specific life needs (i.e. gas, groceries, utilities) and encourages the Fans Across America community as well as the family and friends of the designated family to make tax-deductible contributions to help fulfill those needs. More than ninety percent of the contributions made to the designated family go to their requested life needs. The balance of the contribution covers processing and administrative needs.

Sponsor a Family
Get your office, school, church, youth sports team, neighborhood or family to sponsor a family in the Assist-A-Family Registry. Simply CLICK HERE to submit your request to sponsor a family with a seriously ill or special needs child.
Locker Room Donations
Schedule a time to drop off donated items at the Fans Across America Locker Room by contacting George Macedon at gmacedon@fansacrossamerica.org. Based on the current needs of the family, Locker Room donation can include: toothbrushes/paste, haircare products and toiletries; new and gently used baby, child, teen and adult clothes; household items; gift cards (i.e. groceries, household products, gas); service certificates (i.e. auto service); assistance for other life expenses (i.e. utility bills); airline tickets / miles for families to travel to distant treatments.
